As for feedback on the yoga class: 1. Benefits received: learned very useful exercises to build towards flexibility with my body 2. Goal and Goal Achievement. Strengthen my back. I learned a number of good exercises to increase flexibility with the back muscles and, with practice, eventually strengthen them. 3. Positive points. The class provided me with good, detailed instructions and supervised learning sessions. 4. Improvement - with constant practice, my back does not bother me as much as it did prior to yoga classes. 5. Addition/modification suggested for future. - It would be a good idea to explain the importance of sequencing different exercise poses and also to highlight which part of the body the exercise is designed to strengthen (unless I misunderstood and all the exercises were for the back since many of us needed the same thing).
